Rosie likes to incorporate teachings of chakras and the subtle body helping to stimulate and calm the nervous system, to help deepen focus of the mind. Reacting to the energy in the room, Rosie is attentive and tunes in to what’s best for each individual. Rosie’s classes offer an opportunity to build up your strength, flexibility and mobility simultaneously.
