Intuitive yoga flow

 A guided embodied movement to help you explore, getting out of your head and into your body.

This class is an invitation to slow down whilst still building strength and flexibility within, encouraging playful flowing movement, take option for holding in poses for a longer period of time, attention to cultivating a smooth calming breath to help release, reconnect and ground both mind and body. 

Holding space for everyone to reconnect with your body. 

Rosie likes to incorporate teachings of chakras and the subtle body, helping to stimulate the nervous system to deepen focus of the mind.

Rosie believes that everyone is unique, like cycles of life, every day alters and changes and so this should be honoured and adapted in each class. 

Every class is sequenced to whisk you away from the physical cycles of daily life, shifting stagnant energy whilst opening and strengthening the body in preparation for moments of inquiry and challenges in every day life.

Break poses down and learn how to flow between, closing with a guided breath practise and full body relaxation. 

Classes open to all, offering hand on assists, modifications and props.  

You will leave your practise feeling grounded  and sense of equilibrium in both mind and body.

Vinyasa yoga flow

An uplifting full body guided movement working both body and mind simultaneously. 

Reacting to the energy in the room, Rosie is attentive and tunes in to what’s best for each individual. 

This class is an opportunity to build up your strength, flexibility and mobility simultaneously. 

Easing the body into wakefulness a typical class incorporates interplay of challenge, release and grounding through creative standing postures, a dynamic flow closing with a grounding guided breath practise and full body relaxation.

Classes open to all, offering hand on assists, modifications and props.  

You will leave your practise feeling stronger and sense of equilibrium in both mind and body. 

Teen yoga classes

Experience teaching both Male and Female only lead classes from year 7 – sixth form (12 – 20s)

Teen classes are targeted at the needs and capabilities of all the students attending.

Teenagers can really benefit from a regular yoga classes, helping balance hormones and keeping the endocrine system working at an optimal rate. Helping to improve flexibility which is counteracted from sitting as a desk to finding stillness. Relaxing the nervous system into better focus and concentration, particularly at times of stress.

Every class is sequenced to whisk you away from the physical cycles of daily life, shifting stagnant energy whilst opening and strengthening the body in preparation for moments of inquiry and challenges in everyday life.
